Performance characteristics of silicone tube extruder

Silicone tube equipment use and maintenance


   1 Hardened gear reducer needs to be added before use (based on oil standard), add gear oil in summer, and add No. 45 mechanical oil in winter. Regular replacement can extend the life of the reducer.


   2 Check the power supply before starting the silicone tube extruder to prevent damage to the motor or burnout of the motor due to poor contact.


   3 Before using the vacuum head, tighten the screws and all fixing parts, and clean the glue after the stop. Adjust the core after starting up.


   4 Check whether iron is fed into the silica gel before the barrel screw is used to prevent damage to the barrel screw. Before stopping, the glue in the barrel screw is extruded clean to avoid the impact of cooked rubber on the next use.
